Privacy
How we handle your information.
Plain-language and short, because that’s how it should be. This note explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through our forms: your name, and (optionally) your organization, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message or assessment fields.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site. We are not building a profile of your browsing.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to prepare and send your Business Assessment, respond to your message, or arrange a walk-through. That’s it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
How it’s handled
When you submit a form, your information is sent securely over HTTPS to our form handler on our own hosting, which relays it to us by email. We don’t store your submission in a database on this website, and we never put personal information in the page address (URL).
A hidden anti-spam field helps us filter automated submissions; it collects nothing about you.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to follow up with you and, if we work together, to deliver our services. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You’re always free to contact us to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we’ll take care of it promptly.
